Interactive Softworks, a developer of software solutions that provide smarter customer interactions, announced that MetaSource has expanded its use of Interactive’s customer engagement software in the company’s new Utah-based contact center. The additional capacity will allow MetaSource to rapidly scale its business by expanding its outsourced service offerings to more potential clients. Interactive Softworks enables MetaSource to quickly establish and roll out new campaigns and easily make changes to existing ones, while also allowing the company to capture and report on real-time customer data and consolidate it across the company.
MetaSource, a leading provider of document management and outsourcing solutions, first implemented Interactive’s customer engagement software, VoiceNet, at its production facility in Bristol, Pa. less than a year ago. Interactive’s single-platform, all-in-one architecture enables MetaSource to develop a competitive advantage by quickly delivering high-quality campaigns to its customers across multiple channels. As the new Utah site comes online, it will be ready to take advantage of the best practices developed in Bristol, enabling the facility to efficiently serve new customers from day one. Additionally, Interactive enables MetaSource to operate independently at both sites, yet still roll up data at an enterprise level.
“VoiceNet very quickly provided us with tangible customer and bottom-line benefits in our initial implementation,” said David Carn, CIO and vice president of technology at MetaSource. “When we opened our new Utah facility, it made perfect sense to expand our software implementation there as well. Interactive’s solutions provide us with the flexibility and scalability we need to meet our growing business needs, while also helping us create successful customer engagement campaigns quicker and more efficiently.”
“As MetaSource continues to grow its business very quickly, the ability to create campaigns that truly engage the customer is becoming a significant part of their business,” said Loyd Olson, chief operating officer of Interactive Softworks. “We are pleased to help them drive thousands of interactions each day, and to do so in a way that allows them to rapidly adapt to their changing business needs.”
