Metro Logics Leases 427,000 Square Feet of Warehouse Salt Lake City Warehouse Space

Metro Logics, a third party logistics company, has finalized a leasing agreement with LNR to occupy 427,000 square feet in two structures, Bangerter Crossing Buildings A and B located at 3845 and 3907 West Ninigret Dr. in Salt Lake City.

NAI Utah represented the landlord and the tenant in completing the transaction. NAI Utah Senior Real Estate Agents Zach Anderson and Kelsie Akiyama worked on the project.

Metro Logics is a third-party medical logistics firm that provides temperature-sensitive Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) storage and distribution services to the medical equipment and pharmaceutical supply industries. Metro Logics is headquartered in Olive Branch, Miss. The company currently has approximately 750,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space in the United States. This figure does not include the 415,000 square feet that will be added in Salt Lake City (the Salt Lake City space will include 12,000 square feet of office space).

The Salt Lake City structures are newly constructed. Metro Logics will be adding racking, HVAC systems, refrigeration and the office space. Once the space is completed, 14 full-time employees and 102 part-time employees will be housed in the two buildings.
