Cogito, Inc., headquartered in Draper, has introduced a partner program targeted at the intelligence and public safety community that enhances existing applications and solutions with the Cogito Knowledge Center. The Cogito Solution Provider Program certifies and provides products and resources to Solution Providers and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who need to conduct social networking analysis, pattern discovery and relationship analytics in large amounts of complex security data.

Enforsys Systems Inc., one of the founding partners of the Cogito Solution Provider Program, is a developer of public safety software and a leading solution provider for law enforcement agencies in the Northeastern United States.  Its I-3 Exchange product integrates information from disparate systems across multiple jurisdictions effectively transforming dead data into actionable intelligence.  Enforsys is integrating the Cogito Knowledge Center with its own applications to provide law enforcement agencies with the timely and accurate ability to analyze and identify relationships in their data.

"In the public safety and intelligence community, it is critical to be able to quickly determine relationships or patterns in data and identify potential public safety threats in advance," said George Lieberman, CEO of Enforsys.  "Not only does Cogito enable us to give organizations the ability to find relationships between disparate data sources, but the Knowledge Center software development kit and support for open standards makes the solution extremely easy to integrate with our I-3 Exchange."

Partners in the new program are able to utilize the Cogito Knowledge Center, a relationship network analysis tool that allows organizations to quickly query and view massive amounts of data and associated relationships -- improving data analysis, situation intelligence and process understanding.  Investigators, data analysts and detectives can more easily determine the relationships of specific data items to other data items and highlight potential threats or terrorist activities prior to them being carried out.

Participating partners can join at a standard or premium level to receive development licenses, annual training and certification, priority technical support, sales and marketing assistance and access to a partner portal for a variety of marketing tools.  Partners who want to evaluate the program can do so at no risk with a 90-day money back guarantee.

William Donahoo, Cogito vice president of marketing and product management, said, "Cogito has a unique value proposition for organizations that rely on data analysis to make better decisions and determine how they allocate their resources.  Strong partner relationships are a key component of delivering that value to the market, and we are committed to working with our partners to ensure a mutually successful relationship."
